Students may choose to obtain funds from the following sources

DRB-HICOM Education Loan

This scheme allows qualified students to obtain an education plan from DRB-HICOM to finance either their study or their children's study.
How to Apply Eligibility Requirements
Malaysian citizenship
Age below 25 years on the application date
Strong leadership skills & active participation in extra curriculum, social and voluntary activities
Full-time
Non-employed candidate
Non-sponsored applicants by other financial institutions or scholarship providers
Guarantors are required

Minimum Requirements

SPM/SPMV candidates with minimum 3 credits and passed in Mathematic and English
Confirmed enrolment at ICAM

Value of Awards

Tuition fee only RM48,000 (Engineering) / RM37,500 (Business)

Loan Repayment

Maximum 7 years

Bank Muamalat Education Financing Scheme

Skim Pendidikan Anak
Pembiayaan Pengurusan Kewangan (PPK)-i
This scheme allows candidates to obtain financing for their education of up to RM 50,000.00 over 7 years.

How to Apply

Candidate must have a copy of the College Approval Letter from the Private Education Department and course approval from National Accreditation Department (This will be issued by ICAM)

Employees who are working in the Public Sector, Government Linked Companies (GLC) and selected private institutions

Possess an active savings account with Bank Muamalat Berhad

Features:

No guarantor required

Blacklisted candidates may still apply*

No hidden fees

Repayments can be made through monthly salary deductions or at any Bank Muamalat branch nationwide

Additional Documents (original and photocopies):

Copy of NRIC (front and back);

Latest Payslip (original) over 2 months

Employee Provident Fund (EPF/KWSP) withdrawal

This scheme allows qualified EPF members to withdraw their savings from the second account to finance either their study or their children’s study.

How to Apply

Complete the form KWSP 9H (AHL) and bring along the following documents:

Public Identification Card / Military Identification Card / MyKad

Letter of Offer from ICAM

Academic qualification certificates such as SPM, STPM, Degree and other related qualifications;

Copy of College Approval Letter from the Private Education Department and course approval from National Accreditation Department (This will be issued by ICAM)

Student card and examination result slip for previous semester / academic year (for application of second semester / year and subsequent withdrawals only)

Other related documents as requested by the EPF from time to time.

Additional Documents (original and photocopies):

For Children’s Education Withdrawal Identification Card and Birth Certificate of your children.

Your marriage certificate (if you and your spouse apply for a joint withdrawal).

Social Security Organization (SOCSO/PERKESO) Withdrawal
This benefit is in the form of an education loan given to dependant children who are in receipt of a monthly benefit for Dependants Benefit, Survivor's Pension or children of an employee who is in receipt of a monthly benefit for Permanent Disablement or Invalidity Pension.

How to Apply

Applicants must submit Form PKS (F)100 with complete details, attached with a passport-sized photo and a certified true copy of the following documents:

Public Identification Card / Military Identification Card / MyKad

Letter of Offer from ICAM

Academic qualification certificates such as SPM, STPM, Degree and other related qualifications;

Copy of College Approval Letter from the Private Education Department and course approval from National Accreditation Department (This will be issued by ICAM)

Student card and examination result slip for previous semester / academic year (for application of second semester / year and subsequent withdrawals only)

Other related documents as requested by the EPF from time to time.
